The web site of WDC for Geomagnetism at Kyoto U., url given below,
offers plots and numeric downloads for 1-minute ASY, SYM, and
related indices. Values of ASY-D, ASY-H, SYM-D, and SYM-H are
available from 1981 to within 1-2 months of current date. All ASY
and SYM data are currently (as of 12/07/2011) marked as "provisional."
Alternative sources of the WDC/Kyoto-generated ASY and SYM indices
include the 1-min OMNI data set at NASA/GSFC/SPDF.
