The Solar Ultraviolet Monitor (SUVM) flown on the Solar
Mesospheric Explorer (SME) measured solar radiation at 1216 A (Lyman alpha)
and in the 1600-3100 A range with a 1 A resolution. A dual channel
Ebert-Fastie spectrometer was used.
