The observatory group created to represent the chain of stations present in the MEASURE. The chain of stations includes: Ottawa, Clarkson University, Grafton Test Facility, Millstone Hill, Applied Physics Lab, Fredricksburg, Darksky Observatory, University of South Carolina, Jacksonville University, and Bullcreek Observatory.
