Plasma structures at 400-850km altitudes in the equatorial ionosphere
have been measured by the C/NOFS Planar Langmuir Probe (PLP). This PLP data
set contains 1-sec resolution ion number density and its standard deviation, electron
density, electron temperature, spacecraft potential, and spacecraft
position in geodetic coordinates. As of 5/13/2010, the data were preliminary.
